Why choose Greenfields Academy…

Greenfields Academy is a Specialist School for SEMH pupils (Social, Emotional, Mental Health).

• We are extremely proud of our curriculum provision that is personalised, aspirational, caring and engaging.

• We provide a holistic, creative and bespoke curriculum tailored to meet the academic and social needs of all our pupils.

• The curriculum is delivered by qualified and experienced staff and as such when you come and visit our school you will see children who are inspired and enthused to learn and are producing work of a high standard, much of which you will see on display.

• We also offer a wide range of accreditation opportunities to students from Year 9 onwards, which are targeted to enable success. We take into account all learning needs and deliver stimulating learning that empower students to succeed.

“Good teaching is the most important lever schools have to improve outcomes for disadvantaged pupils.” DfE Guidance for Pupil Premium July 2019

Parent & Pupil Testimonials

We’re proud of our academy and what we can achieve here. But don’t just take our word for it… here’s what some of our parents and our pupils have to say

I love coming to school. We do lots of things as well as normal subjects. My favourites are Cooking and DT.

My son is a changed boy since attending Greenfields. The staff are brilliant at focusing on his individual needs.

The staff at Greenfields stuck with me even when I was hard work, I really appreciate that now, it took me a long time to realise they were trying to help me.

My daughter has only been at the school a short time but has already come out of her shell more and grown in self confidence.
