At Greenfields we are committed to providing an environment where all pupils feel safe, happy and included. Our aim is to recognise and celebrate success at all levels to ensure pupils feel valued.
Due to the nature of our school and the broad range of additional needs, we adopt a personalised approach to all learning to consider individual needs. We recognise our role in the local community, and it is our aim to educate our pupils in relation academic achievement in addition to positive behaviour and wellbeing outside of school, in order to set high aspiration and prepare our pupils for their individual journeys when they move on from Greenfields.
Our values are embedded in daily practises at Greenfields, this ensures a caring approach and feeling of safety rooted in mutual respect for all members of the school community.
Our engaging curriculum, which encompasses direct teaching of behaviour, wellbeing, safeguarding and personal growth is designed by an experienced group of SEMH leaders with the intent to prepare all pupils for future life and global citizenship.
Our Trust and school values are intrinsically linked, and therefore one cannot successfully produce positive outcomes without the other.
